The concept is fantastic, unfortunately the contact between the vibrator and the flexible spine in the dildo isn't the best. So ultimately it does vibrate but not as much as you would hope. A stronger vibrator might work better. The only other down side to this strap on is it does not come with the strap to hold it onto your body making it a little difficult to stay in place when your thrusting. But all in all my wife and I like it a lot! Good buy for the money!
